铝合金表面Ni-P-β-SiC化学复合镀层摩擦磨损性能研究
本文采用不同粒度β-SiC颗粒和滚镀工艺制备了Ni-P-β-SiC复合镀层.复合镀层厚度均匀且β-SiC颗粒在镀层中均匀分布.复合镀层厚度17～25μm,硬度520～620HV.与此同时,本文也针对Ni-P-β-SiC复合镀层的摩擦磨损行为进行了研究,结果表明,随着β-SiC颗粒粒度的增加复合镀层的摩擦磨损失重减小,但摩擦系数增加.
