Ubiquitin-proteasome system not only played crucial roles in a variety of fundamental cellular processes, but also was potentially involved in virus replication at different stage of virus life cycle.However, little information was disclosed on the underlying mechanism by which the ubiquitin-proteasome system regulated fish virus infection.Singapore grouper iridoviurs (SGIV),a large DNA virus which belonged to genus Ranvirus, family Iridovirade, always caused great economic losses in grouper aquaculture.
