消毒供应中心集中式管理模式是将医院所有需要消毒、灭菌的物品回收至消毒供应中心集中处理,由有经验和经过专业培训的人员来完成[1]。我院消毒供应中心从2009年4月新规范发布后开始实施集中式管理模式,医院所有重复使用的诊疗器械统一由消毒供应中心人员下收,在消毒供应中心去污区统一清点、分类、清洗。我们针对器械集中回收工作中的存在问题进行了分析,制定了相应的对策,取得了较好的效果。1存在问题:(1)器械表面有机物干结。临床医务人员器械使用后未预处理或器械放置时间过长导致器械表面有机物干结。(2)污染的1次性用物与重复使用的器械混放。去污区
