　　There are dietary fibers in triticale bran.The cellulose can be hydrolyzed into monosaccharide,oligosaccharide,and polysaccharide by enzymes,which make some insoluble dietary fiber (IDF) change into dietary fiber (SDF).Through enzymatic hydrolysis of Triticale bran by cellulase,firstly the factors affecting the erLzymatic hydrolysis were tested in a single factor level and then a response surface test was carried out.
