Nowadays,there are some structures of cobalt ferrite (CoFe2O4) is reported, such as nanoparticles, nanorodes and porous. We synthesis CoFe2O4 nanosheets (NSs) grown on reduce graphene oxide, which is the first reported. Firstly, graphene oxide were dissolved in hexamethylenetetramine and trisodium citric and added FeCl2, Co (NO3)2 in homogeneous solutions. After reaction, the as-prepared CoFe-precursor NSs@ rGO composite were calcination at 450℃ for 3 h in nitrogen to obtain the CoFe2O4 NSs@ rGO. It is found that the volume ratio of the deionized water and ethyl alcohol is an important key to successful formation the nanosheets structure on the rGO template. [1, 2]
