　　The precisely transportation of small volume liquids is still quite challenging in nanofluidic and microfluidic systems.Here,we developed a surface acoustic wave-based pump by hybridizing a microfluidic chamber onto a piezoelectric substrate with asymmetric interdigital transducers(IDTs).
