醫療團隊高山症预防的臨床經驗分享

目的:本研究以台灣基督教團體,招集西醫、牙醫及教育人員於某次高海拔醫療過程中,作回溯性的研究,期作為其他高海拔救援預防高山症的參考模式.方法:本研究招募全台各地西醫、牙醫及教育人員共32位,每位參加人員出發前一個月內,從出團前一天晚上起開始服用Diamox每天兩次,直至義診活動結束回到低海拔地區為止,由於義診宣教活動經歷三個地區,包括西寧(海拔2700公尺)、共和(海拔3100公尺)及果洛(海拔4100公尺),當從西寧往更高海拔地區前一天晚上,每位團員均增加服用Nifedipine每天兩次,直到回到低海拔地區為止.
