A variety is called uniformly rational if each of its points has an open neighborhood isomorphic to an open subset of an affine space.A uniformly rational variety is of course rational,but the converse is unknown.In my talk we will consider the uniform rationality problem for a family of exotic affine spaces of dimension 3 admitting a hyperbolic C*-action.
