本文系统地介绍了利用微型计算机对地震模拟振动台进行数字控制的工作原理和实施过程,并通过试验数据和图形对一个单向1.5吨出力的电液振动台的数控结果进行了分析和比较。结果表明,利用微机和数字迭代控制方法,可以满意地实现对电液振动台输出波形的控制。如果微机的容量和速度能进一步改善,数控的精度和速度则可进一步提高。
This paper systematically introduces the working principle and implementation process of digital control of seismic simulation shaking table using microcomputer, and analyzes and compares the numerical control results of an electro-hydraulic vibration table with a one-way output of 1.5 tons through test data and graphs. The results show that the control of the output waveform of the electro-hydraulic shaker can be satisfactorily achieved by using the computer and digital iterative control method. If the capacity and speed of the microcomputer can be further improved, the accuracy and speed of the CNC can be further improved.
