　　Objective:Many factors could affect the distribution,metabolism and elimination of drug,such as hemodilution,acid-base balance and blood flow rate change,enzymatic activity decline,lung sequestration and oxygenator absorption.The pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of intravenous anesthetic was altered greatly by these factors in cardiovascular surgery operation.
