随着我国经济的快速发展和西部水利工程的兴(改扩)建、国家一批大型水利项目的开工建设,且工程防洪标准高、环保性能要求高、现代化水平高,对工程组织管理者的专业化水平和经验要求越来越高。本文通过对国外多年来采用的较成熟的项目管理模式及其优缺点的分析,结合国内公益性水利工程建设项目的主要管理模式,提出为适应现代水利工程项目管理的特点和要求,水利工程项目管理模式必须创新。
With the rapid economic development in our country and the rejuvenation (reconstruction) of the western water conservancy projects, the construction of a batch of large-scale water conservancy projects in the country has started with the construction of high flood control standards, high requirements of environmental protection performance and high level of modernization. Specialized level and experience requirements are higher and higher. Based on the analysis of the more mature project management mode adopted abroad and its advantages and disadvantages, combined with the main management mode of domestic public welfare water conservancy project, this paper proposes that in order to meet the characteristics and requirements of modern water project management, Management must be innovative.
