Background and Objective: The mandible plays an important role on facial harmony, mastication, speech, swallowing,tongue base support, and airway function.It is technically challenging to reconstrcuct mandible,especially for secondary mandibular reconstruction, due to a previously operated, scarred surgical field and changed position of remained jaw.The objective of this study was to compare two computer-assisted methods for secondary mandibular reconstruction.
