目的:评价腹腔镜精索静脉高位结扎术的效果及价值.方法:回顾性分析24例腹腔镜精索静脉高位结扎术的治疗效果及恢复情况.结果:24例手术均获成功.平均手术时间26.5 min,基本无出血,术后平均住院2.3d;随访3～8个月,1例复发,复发率为4.2％.

：
