目的:大鼠口鼻吸入不同规格焦油卷烟诱导急性肺损伤是否和焦油含量呈相关性.方法:市售焦油含量分别为1mg,5mg,11mg卷烟按照加拿大深度抽吸模式及11mg卷烟按国标抽吸模式吸烟,并以空气为载气将香烟烟雾载入大鼠口鼻暴露塔中;大鼠固定于固定器中,使大鼠仅口鼻暴露与含卷烟烟雾气流中,每批大鼠每天吸烟20只,连续吸烟28天后处死大鼠,左肺肺泡灌洗,BALF进行总炎症细胞计数,分类计数及ELISA检测炎
