Objectives To explore HPN pretreated with insulin on glucose consumption in HepG2 cells and insulin resistance HepG2 cells;and HPN can improve insulin resistance intracellular protein levels and phosphorylation levels,and preliminary to investigate the possible molecular mechanisms,and provide experimental evidence for the further development of the use of HPN.
