The atomic oxygen exposure test was conducted by the space combined radiation simulator.The effect of the atomic oxygen irradiation on high-modulus carbon fibers and its composites was investigated by SEM、 XRD、 XPS.The results show that the mass loss ratios of fiber and its composites are small, and the mechanical properties of composites decrease with the increase of the atomic oxygen radiation dose.
