Two main antifungal and cytotoxic resistomycin (1) and tetracenomycin D (2) were isolateded from the culture of Streptomyces canus BYB02,a termite-associated actinomycete.The structures of isolated compounds were determined on the basis of extensive spectroscopic analysis.
