　　Perovskite solar cells(PSCs)have experienced sharp development and emerged as a superstar in the field of photovoltaics in recent years.We introduces two kinds of dyes,zinc porphyrin(YD2-o-C8)and cis‐di(thiocyanato)bis(2,2‐bipyridyl4,4‐ dicarboxylate)ruthenium(Ⅱ)(denoted as N719)to enable highly efficient and highly stable perovskite solar cells.

有机p 型掺杂层作为阳极修饰层可以降低空穴传输损耗，与阳极形成欧姆接触，有助于提高有机太阳能电池的性能。我们基于双p 型掺杂层(CBP：MoO3/NPB：MoO3)和单p 型掺杂层(NPB：MoO3 和CBP：MoO3)作为阳极修饰层，制备并比较了反向有机太阳能电池的性能，如图1 和2 所示。

高效钙钛矿太阳能电池:从反溶剂到反胶体溶液
界面复合和稳定性一直是制约有机无机杂化钙钛矿太阳能电池商业化的主要障碍。本文基于多晶钙钛矿薄膜的表面和晶界共钝化策略，在反溶剂中添加或合成多功能性的小分子、聚合物和纳米晶/量子点，形成反溶液和反胶体溶液，并原位引入钙钛矿薄膜的表面和晶界，从而调控了钙钛矿薄膜形貌，减少了钙钛矿表界面缺陷，优化了钙钛矿表界面能级，最终获得高效稳定的钙钛矿太阳能电池。
