目的:研究胆酸钠滴眼液的抗单疱病毒、抗炎作用。方法:分别采用损伤合并HSV-1感染建立家兔单疱病毒性角膜炎(HSK)模型、巴豆油刺激家兔眼结膜建立家兔急性结膜炎和混合致炎剂涂抹小鼠耳廓建立小鼠耳肿胀动物模型来观察胆酸钠滴眼液的抗病毒和抗炎疗效。结果:胆酸钠滴眼液明显减轻了家兔HSK和急性结膜炎的病变程度,缩短治愈时间;显著地抑制了小鼠耳廓肿胀。结论:胆酸钠滴眼液具有良好的抗HSV-1和抗炎作用。
OBJECTIVE: To study anti-herpes simplex virus anti-inflammatory effect of sodium cholate eye drops. Methods: Rabbit herpes simplex virus keratitis (HSK) model was established by infection with HSV-1, and mouse conjunctival irritation was induced by croton oil in rabbits. Ear swelling model to observe the anti-viral and anti-inflammatory efficacy of sodium cholate eye drops. Results: Sodium cholate eyedrops significantly reduced the severity of HSK and acute conjunctivitis in rabbits, shorten the healing time and significantly inhibited the auricle swelling in mice. Conclusion: Sodium cholate eye drops have good anti-HSV-1 and anti-inflammatory effects.
