本振动碾压水泥混凝土路面,系采用掺粉煤灰的干硬性混凝土,以振动压路机振动碾压,提高了混凝土的一系列性能,并节约水泥约30%。本文对振动压路机的有关参数提出了要求;制定了振碾工艺,阐明了振碾机理;做了振碾混凝土的一系列性能试验;提出了用“上低塑下振碾”的办法来解决振碾混凝土路面的平整度。
The vibrating roller compacted concrete pavement is made of hard and dry concrete mixed with fly ash and vibrated and rolled by vibratory roller to improve a series of properties of the concrete and save about 30% of the cement. In this paper, the requirements for the parameters of the vibratory roller are put forward. The vibration grinding process is elaborated, the mechanism of vibration grinding is clarified, a series of performance tests of vibrating the concrete are done, and the method of " Grind concrete surface roughness.
