The abundant straw in many regions of China have not been fully utilized,which may result in environmental pollution.In this study,paddy straw(straw SY)was used as a carrier to adsorb and immobilize high-efficiency petroleum-degrading bacteria.The immobilized microorganism were used to repair petro-contaminated soil.The morphology of carrier and immobilized microorganism before and after the degradation of oil-contaminated soil was evaluated by SEM and BET.
