Lysosomes are membranous acidic vesicles,which contain numerous enzymes and proteins exhibiting a variety of activities and functions at acidic pH (4.5-5.5).Thus,development of suitable fluorescent probe for specific and dynamic labeling lysosomes is extremely important for understanding the dysfunction of lysosomes which might induce various pathologies,including neurodegenerative diseases,cancer,and Alzheimers disease.Our group devoted to developing new fluorescent probes for dynamic tracing and investigating the functionality of microenvironments in subcellular organelles and bioactive proteins[1,2].
