目的 对实验室检出的多种耐药菌,分析如何甄别其为致病菌或污染菌,以促进合理应用抗菌药物.方法 通过对我院2013年1月到2014年2月检出的多重耐药菌临床用药及治疗效果进行汇总分析,查阅文献,总结甄别致病菌与污染菌的临床思路结论 对实验室检出的多重耐药菌,从细菌特性、流行近况入手,结合患者基本情况、感染指标变化以及用药效果,合理分析其为致病菌与污染菌,有助于抗菌药物合理应用,减缓细菌耐药.
