　　As a Patient Advocate 1 have long wondered why the medical establishment has been so dismissive of an individuals story.With that in mind, I began using the concept of Patient-centered Evidence.This concept includes a person with cancer talking directly about their own circumstances.It is like a case presentation but presented by a patient.I will present rny own story and talk a bit about the many hundreds of people I have spoken to over the twenty years of my cancer advocacy.
