根据承钢大板坯连铸含钒、钛微合金钢的生产实践,发现在生产含钒、钛钢种时易发生表面横裂、角部结疤等缺陷,经过统计并研究其产生原因,重点从结晶器振动、结晶器冷却、流场、保护渣的影响进行分析、采取了相应措施,微合金钢铸坯表面横裂得到显著控制,角部结疤完全杜绝。
According to the production practice of continuous casting of vanadium-containing and titanium micro-alloyed steel in Chenggang Slab slab, it is found that defects such as transverse transverse cracking and corner scarring are easy to occur in the production of vanadium-containing and titanium steel. After statistics and study of the causes, The emphasis is analyzed from the influence of mold vibration, mold cooling, flow field and mold flux, and the corresponding measures are taken. The surface transverse cracking of the microalloyed steel slab is obviously controlled and the scar of the corner is completely eliminated.
