多巴胺对纯钛表面二氧化钛纳米管载银的影响

纯钛植入材料广泛应用于临床，但是存在严重的术后感染问题。因此，研究制备表面具有长期抗菌能力的植入材料具有重大意义。本论文利用聚多巴胺在硝酸银溶液中诱导还原生成银纳米颗粒，在经过阳极氧化处理的纯钛样品表面得到载银纳米颗粒的二氧化钛纳米管，在提高材料生物相容性和成骨诱导性的同时，实现了短期快速抑制材料表面细菌的粘附以及长期释放银离子达到抗菌的效果。
