In the time of education reform, more and more attention has been paid to teacher training.Earlier training models, which emphasized the impartation of theoretical knowledge and were organized in the form of centralized instruction, could no longer meet todays need for teachers personalized learning.By reviewing the online teacher training of the Chinese, mathematics and physics subjects for 2009 New Curriculum Reform in Jiangsu province, and guided by Constructivism, the paper attempts to explore the application of personalized independent learning platform.It is expected that the new model will fully manifest teachers autonomy in learning and help to enhance their abilities in instructional practice.
