　　Perovskite solar cells based on metal halide perovskites as light harvesters are attracting more and more attention due to their highlight photovoltaic performance.In 2009,Miyasaka et al.introduced CH3NH3PbX3(X = Br,I)as sensitizers in dyesensitized solar cells to instead the use of organic dyes.From the latest research cell efficiency records of National Renewable Energy Laboratory(NREL),the proven power conversion efficiency(PCE)of perovskite solar cells has reached 21%,which is close to the efficiency of commercial silicon solar cell.
