Motivated by the co-heritability estimation problem in genomics,we study the inner product,quadratic functional and ratio in high-dimensional linear regression.We observe(Xi,Yi)for N1 samples,and(Zj,Wj)for the other N2 samples.The feature vectors Xi and Zj are observed on the same P features,and the response scalars Yi and Wj are observed on different responses.
