我国产钢近50%铸成大钢锭后加工成材,就当前的经济实力而言,短期内不可能取消初轧工序。因此,充分发挥现有模铸系统作用,对其进行技术改造,形成有中国特色的钢铁工业后步工序,使之在经济效益上可与连铸系统相媲美。近年来初轧均热炉技术进步的成绩显著,其主要经验是:1.改造设备;2.改进操作;3.科学管理;4.抓系统节能;5.抓基础理论。
Nearly 50% of China’s steel is cast into large ingots and then processed. As far as the current economic strength is concerned, it is impossible to cancel the preliminary rolling process in the short term. Therefore, give full play to the role of the existing molding system, its technical transformation, the formation of a steel industry with Chinese characteristics of the latter steps, so that it can be economically comparable with the continuous casting system. In recent years, the performance of the primary rolling soaking furnace has been greatly improved.
