　　Amino acid analysis is an important application area in protein chemistry, pharmaceutical industry and food analysis.Many different applications exist in this field.Recently, UHPLC methods using sub two micro (STM) column help to increase sample throughput and productivity.Automated pre-column derivatization followed by reverse phase LC has become a useful procedure for efficient analysis, since it is an easy and convenient method.
