从我国制出第一个晶闸管到现在已有二十多年。现在电力电子行业已发展到125个单位,50000多个职工的规模,成为我国重要的工业部门。1.电力电子技术的地位电力电子器件的基本特点之一是都能以极弱的输入信号控制很大的输出,“放大倍数”极大,这就是电力电子设备成为强、弱电之间理想接口的理论基础。微电子技术和计算机技术的新成就,通过这一接口移植到传统产业部门,可以促使后者产品的更新换代,甚至产业结构的根本变化。所以当今机电产业部门要有所突破,主要出路在于电子化。电力电子器件的另一个 It has been more than two decades since China produced its first thyristor.
