本文研究了离心叶轮内的流动及不同叶片出口角对离心泵性能的影响。在三元流动理论的基础上,编制了用流线曲率法求解离心泵叶轮流场的正命题程序。并将计算结果与不同出口角叶轮的实验结果进行了分析和比较,所得信息可为叶轮的筛选和设计方法的改进提供依据,以期改善泵的性能。
In this paper, the centrifugal impeller flow and centrifugal impeller outlet angle of different centrifugal pump performance. Based on the theory of ternary flow, a positive program of solving the flow field of the centrifugal pump impeller is proposed. The results are compared with the experimental results of different exit angle impellers. The obtained information can provide the basis for screening impeller and improving the design method in order to improve the pump performance.
