本文利用机遇约束规划方法对单一综合利用水库的中期运行(以月为计算期,以日为时段)建立了机遇约束非线性规划模型。求解模型可得最优的运行策略,实时运行时由日初水库蓄水量和面临日预报入流量决定本日的弃水流量和发电流量。本文通过实例计算验证了模型的可行性,并分析了水库下游防洪标准与水库发电效益的矛盾关系。
In this paper, an opportunistic constrained nonlinear programming model is established for the medium-term operation of a single comprehensive utilization reservoir (monthly calculation period and daily time period) using the method of opportunity constrained programming. The best running strategy can be obtained by solving the model. In the real-time operation, the amount of discarded water flow and the generation current of the current day are determined by the storage capacity of the reservoir in the early days and the inflow forecast day. In this paper, the feasibility of the model is verified by an example calculation, and the contradiction between flood control standards and the benefit of reservoir power generation is analyzed.
