建设节约型社会不仅要强调生产领域的节约,更要重视生活领域的节约。我国生活领域的浪费现象还较严重,在公共消费和个人消费中都有体现。导致这种现象既有体制方面的原因,也有观念、认识方面的原因。要解决生活领域浪费的问题,必须采取增强节约意识、树立正确的消费观、加强法制建设、遏制“三公”消费、发展低碳经济、发扬艰苦奋斗精神等措施。
Building a conservation-oriented society should not only emphasize the conservation of production areas, but also pay attention to the conservation of life areas. The phenomenon of waste in China’s real estate is still more serious, both in public consumption and personal consumption. This phenomenon led to both institutional reasons, but also the concept of cognitive reasons. To solve the problem of waste in the field of life, we must take measures to enhance awareness of saving, establish a correct view of consumption, strengthen the legal system, curb the “three publics” consumption, develop a low-carbon economy and promote arduous struggle.
