党的十八大明确提出必须把科技创新摆在国家发展全局的核心位置,强调实施创新驱动发展战略。创新驱动以国家战略需求为导向,以原始自主创新为目标,所面临的科学问题和研究任务往往出现在不同学科边界的交叉区间,需要借助跨学科的研究路径来解决。当前国际上比较有前景的新兴学科也大多具有跨学科性质,跨学科研究也成为当代科学探索的热点范式。为此,各国均制定一系列政策和措施来推进学科交叉与融合领域的重大问题研究。基于"投入-产出"原则,本报告分别构建了研究团队("投入")及其研究成果("产出")的跨学科测度方法,并以国家自然科学基金委资助的重大研究计划项目为案例对象,探讨跨学科研究团队是否有助于产出跨学科研究成果。实证研究表明,科学基金重大研究计划的实施较为有效地促进了学科交叉与融合,提升了我国基础研究的原始创新能力,但跨学科研究团队与跨学科研究成果产出之间并无明显的相关关系,却存在较为明显的学科差异。研究结果有助于为相关管理部门或研究机构有针对性地制定政策来推进跨学科研究工作。
