Objective:Combining dual energy CT myocardial perfusion imaging analysis of vascular and heart function with echocardiographic to comprehensively assess cardiac function change of coronary artery tortuous dominanted.Methods:Undertaking dual energy CT myocardial perfusion imaging and echocardiographic for 68 cases of coronary artery DSA in vascular circuity and 50 cases of patients with coronary artery DSA who are no obvious abnormal.Reformating coronary CTA,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular stroke volume(LVSV),left ventricular fractional shortening(LVFS)through CT Cardiac Circulation/Function post-processing.Divide coronary artery to 15 segments,and myocardial to 17 segments according to the AHA criterion.Comprehensively analysis whether occur cardiac function change of myocardium which dominanted by tortuous coronary artery.Results: Tortuousity group included 68 cases,of which,572 segments were tortuous vessels.of 95.27%with the degree of stenosis < 20%lesions.The distribution ratios of tortuous vessels:60.96%occurred in left anterior descending branch or diagonal branch,23.51%were in circumflex branch,and another 15.53%were in right coronary branch.41 patients with non circuity are scattered in the degree of stenosis < 20%lesions,without exception.Tortuous group of CT cardiac function LVEF value(50.03+2.26)%,echocardiogram LVEF value:(52.71+52.71)%,Non-tortuous group CT cardiac function,LVEF value:(72.44+72.44)%,echocardiogram LVEF value:(73.6+73.6)%;Tortuous group of CT cardiac function,LVSV value:(39.18±5.2)ml,echocardiogram LVSV value:(40.71±3.92)ml,Non-tortuous group CT cardiac function,LVSV value:(78.91±6.4)ml,echocardiogram LVSV value:(81.15±2.73)ml; Tortuous group of CT cardiac function LVFS value(20.05±5.49)%,echocardiogram LVFS value(20.73±4.8)%,Nontortuous group CT cardiac function,LVFS value(29.11±4.1)%,echocardiogram LVFS value(30.6±2.17)%.The cardiac function analysis and echocardiographic results have no difference(p>0.05).There were significant statistic differences of LVEF,LVSV and LVFS between tortuous group and non-tortuous group(p < 0.05).Conclusion: Coronary artery tortuous patients decreased significantly in LVEF,LVSV and LVFS compared with normal.The accuracy of Dual energy CT myocardial perfusion imaging in cardiac function analysis has no significantly difference compared with echocardiographic.
