民用建筑相对节能率的计算案例分析

对新建建筑物进行能效测评是目前我国建筑节能领域一个重要工作方向,根据国家行业标准JGJ/T288-2012《建筑能效标识技术标准》,建筑相对节能率是能效测评的最重要参数.本文采用白行开发的能效测评软件模拟计算的方法,在二维施工图的基础上通过模型建立和热工参数的设定,对杭州市新建居住建筑的相对节能率进行了模拟计算.案例分析发现在现行标准指导下,相比通过建筑物本身的结构与热工参数优化,提高供暖空调设备的能效参数更容易提升能效标识等级.
