Peptide is information-rich biopolymer that has the ability to regulate geometrical parameters depending on its sequences.Among various amino acids that are structure materials of peptide,we get interested in tyrosine residue.It is one of the most significant amino acid that determines the folding geometry of multi-protein organization and facilitates proton-coupled electron transport in photosystem Ⅱ.
