为研究内嵌法加固梁的抗弯性能,通过内嵌碳纤维增强塑料(CFRP)筋、螺旋肋钢丝和预应力CFRP筋于加固梁中,共进行了1根未加固梁,9根内嵌不同筋材加固梁的抗弯试验,研究了加固梁的刚度、特征荷载、延性情况。研究表明,加固梁的刚度显著提高;加固梁的承载能力得到明显提高,极限荷载最大提高了149.19%。通过对CFRP筋施加30%极限抗拉强度荷载预应力内嵌于加固中,开裂荷载有明显提高,最大提高155.14%,说明内嵌预应力CFRP筋加固法,可以有效的延缓加固梁裂缝的产生。
In order to study the flexural behavior of the beam strengthened by the internal method, one unbonded beam and nine different embedded beams were made by embedding carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP) bars, spiral ribbed steel wires and prestressed CFRP bars in the reinforcing beams Bending test of reinforced concrete beam, the stiffness, characteristic load and ductility of reinforced beam are studied. The research shows that the rigidity of the strengthened beam is significantly increased. The bearing capacity of the strengthened beam is obviously improved, and the maximum load is increased by 149.19%. By applying 30% ultimate tensile strength to the CFRP bars embedded in the reinforcement, the cracking load increased significantly, up to 155.14%, indicating that the reinforcement of embedded prestressed CFRP tendons can effectively delay the production of reinforcement beam cracks .
