　　Now the researches on alkalophilic microorganisms mainly focus on the culture and enzyme extraction and there is few investigation of metabolic pathway.In this paper, Lp3-3 was selected as the experiment strain.The detecting method of metabolites in cell and fermentation liquid was developed based on RP-HPLC, and the influence of environment to metabolism was studied.
