　　For over water flight,aircraft is required to be able to land on water in safety for emergencies.The need of the ditching certification is to minimize the behavior of the airplane would cause immediate injury to the occupants or would make it impossible for them to escape,and to float long enough for the passenger and crew member to evacuate.
