Engineering geology is an important basic theory class in civil engineering for undergraduate students.It is difficult to guarantee teaching effect for class hours less and wide range.According to course, the innovative teaching mode is constructed, multimedia lectures is given priority to, complementary with indoor test and field cognition practice.In this way,the students not only obtain the basic geological phenomena of perceptual knowledge, further strengthen and deepen the theories learned knowledge, improve their ability with engineering geological thinking to observe and analyze the actual problem, also provide a good foundation for design, construction of the application of geological data and raise the level of personal professional knowledge after graduation.
