Increasing evidence suggests that the pluripotency state of ESCs is accurately regulated by an intrinsic signaling network.The underlying mechanisms, however, remain elusive.Here, by applying a retroviral insertion vector-based screen, we identify that March5, an E3 ubiquitin ligase, is involved in the mESCs pluripotency maintenance.
