Peanut resources are rich in China, but only few varieties are utilized.This status seriously restricts the healthy and full development of peanut processing industry.Therefore, its necessary to establish a rapid non-destructive testing (NDT) technology and an evaluation criterion for peanut quality, and finally to estimate the processing suitability of peanut varieties scientifically.
