In this paper,the author synthetizedα-MnO2/graphenecompositesby sol-gel method and high temperature calcination,studied the effect ofα-MnO2/graphene composites on the lithium air battery at different discharge system.The lithium air battery had the high specific capacity of 2490.1mAhg-1 at 50 mA g-1 by discharging to 2.0V,the charge voltage reduced to 3.3V,Show that the electrochemical performance of cathode loading α-MnO2/graphene composites of battery was best.SEM photos showed that α-MnO2/graphene composites were very suitable for lithium air battery carbon source.
