  Objective: Artemether,a famous anti-malaria drug,is a lipophilic and poorly water soluble compound.This study investigated the effects of bile salt/lipid mixed micelles in the intestine on the solubility of artemether.Methods: In vitro studies were conducted in the model systems simulating the conditions of the intestine.Effect factors including pH,bile salt micelles and bile salt/lipid mixed micelles on the solubility of artemether were investigated.The bile salts used in this study including taurocholate (TC),taurodeoxycholate (TDC),taurochenodeoxycholate (TCDC),glycocholate (GC),glycodeoxycholate (GDC) and glycochenodeoxycholate (GCDC).Fatty acids and monoglycerides,the main hydrolytic products of the exogenous fat were used to evaluate effects of food on the solubility of artemether.

背景及目的:本实验室前期研究表明噻吩环增强流感进入抑制剂CL-385319与流感血凝素蛋白(Hemagglutinin,HA)的π-π共价结合,我们推测寡聚噻吩可形成更强π-π共价,故设计并合成了寡聚噻吩系列化合物。本研究以HA作为新型抗流感药物的作用靶点,筛选寡聚噻吩类衍生物的抗流感活性并研究其机制。

目的:探讨青蒿素(Artemisinin,ART)对过氧化氢(H202)诱导的氧化损伤的保护作用及其作用的机制。方法:建立过氧化氢诱导的RGC-5细胞氧化损伤模型,采用MTT的实验方法检测细胞的存活率;Hoeehst染色观察细胞形态学的变化;DCFH-DA荧光探针检测细胞间活性氧(ROS)的含量;Western blot检测RGC-5细胞中AKT、P38、ERK1/2蛋白磷酸化水平。
