粘膜免疫在清除肠道病原微生物的过程中,发挥了重大的作用,粘膜免疫主要通过粘膜相关淋巴组织来实现.肠粘膜相关淋巴组织作为机体免疫的第一道防线,在机体免疫中起着非常重要的作用.而肠道微生态系统是机体最为重要的微生态系统,对维持肠道正常的生理过程具有重要意义.
