目的:系统地规范临床营养支持治疗过程,为临床药师的工作提供了一个很好的临床切入点。方法:分析临床药师在营养支持工作的若干要素,探讨临床药师在营养支持团队中的工作模式。结果:我院临床药师通过一系列的实践,采取一定的工作模式,真正地走入临床,这项工作的开展发挥了药师的专业特长,营养支持团队中药师的优势得到凸显。结论:临床营养支持和治疗发展迅速,特别是在重危病人的救治中有着不可替代的地位,此时营养支持团队的建立有着积极的意义,药师应该成为这个团队中不可缺少的一份子。
Objective: To standardize the clinical nutritional support and treatment process, which provides a good clinical entry point for clinical pharmacists. Methods: To analyze some elements of clinical pharmacists’ nutrition support work and to explore the work patterns of clinical pharmacists in nutrition support team. Results: Through a series of practices, clinical pharmacists in our hospital took a certain work mode to really enter the clinic. This work has played a major role in the specialty of pharmacists and the advantages of pharmacists in nutrition support team have been highlighted. Conclusion: The rapid development of clinical nutrition support and treatment, especially in the treatment of critically ill patients has an irreplaceable status, then the establishment of nutritional support team has a positive meaning, pharmacists should become an integral part of this team.
