Since the foreign trade is the major industry in Ningbo, there are higher requirements for the employees working in this field.These companies always look for helps from universities.This is a challenge for English teachers.So the paper tries to fimd a three-dimensional English training mode from the perspective.So a balance can be achieved despite the working-learning conflicts.
